  • Review the Company’s litigation matters and advice Management on options available
  • Investigate, research, analyze the Company’s legal matters
  • Review and draft responses to Legal notices received in coordination with Advocate/Solicitors to ensure that responses are filed within stipulated time frame as decided by the Court of Law
  • Meet concerned litigation parties / attorney to negotiate & settle matters amicably hence mitigating loss of time and revenue
  • Follow up for withdrawal of cases / suits and ensure complainant has been provided with solutions as committed and document the same
  • Law Degree with minimum 8 Years Experience

Senior Manager

DESCRIPTION

 

  • Opening for a self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to our ongoing and upcoming real estate project
  • Management operations who will be able to handle multiple locations and work independently at times.
  • Support property teams and assist with preparing/tracking vendor contracts and electronic file management
  • Provide administrative back-up for the maintenance team, assist with logistics, acting as a liaison between building management, vendors and end-users, assist the properties team with various special projects and much more
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment, and have a desire to work on a team
  • Skills in Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel, as well as attention to detail, is a must
  • A minimum of 10 years administrative experience is preferred

  • Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure
  • Prefered Min. Graduate with at least 10 years of experience in commercial lease sales
