On Casting of 5th Floor slab	5% of BSP + PLC's
On Casting of 8th Floor Slab	6% of BSP
On Casting of 12th Floor Slab	5% of BSP + 50% of Car Parking
On Completion of Brickwork	5% of BSP
On Completion of Plaster	5% of BSP
At the time of Possession	5% of B.S.P+ F.M.S+other charges

Terms & Condition for Payment

• Cheques/Bank draft to be issued in favour of “CIVITECH DEVELOPERS (P)LTD”. Payable at Delhi outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
• Registration, Stamp Duty and other charges shall be payable at the time of offer of Possession.
• The area includes the covered area plus the proportionate area under Common Corridors, Passages, Staircases, Mumties, Projections & Water Tank etc.
• Price are escalation free for the apartment(s) book.
• The terms & condition of sales stated herein are only indicative & are only subject to detailed terms & conditions in the Allotment Letter.
• All building plan, layouts specification are subject to changes and modifications as decide by the company, architect or any other Competent authority.
• Timely payment of the installments is the essence of the agreement.
• Service tax extra as applicable.
