Terms & Condition for Payment
- Cheques Bank draft to be issued in favour of 'CIVITECH DEVELOPERS (P) LTD' Payable at Delhi outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
- Registration, Stamp Duty and other charges shall be payable at the time of offer of prossesion.
- The area includes the covered area plus the proportionate area under common, Passages, Staircases, Mumties, Projections & Water Tanks etc.
- Prices are escalation free for the apartment so book.
- The terms & conditions of sales herein are only indicative & are only subject to detailed terms & conditions in the Allotment Letter.
- All bulding plan, layouts, specification are subject to changes and modifications as decide by the company, architect of any other Compelent authority.
- Timely payment of the installments is the essence of the agreement.
