On Casting of raft	12% of BSP
On Casting of Basement	12% of BSP.
On Casting of 2nd Floor Slab	10% of BSP
On Casting of 5th Floor slab	10% of BSP
On Casting of 8th Floor Slab	10% of BSP
On Casting of 12th Floor Slab	6% of BSP + Car Parking
On completion of Brickwork	5% of BSP + PLC
On completion of Plaster	5% of BSP + Club Membership
At the time of Possession	5% of BSP + IFMS + Power Backup + Other Charges

Terms & Condition for Payment

• Cheques Bank draft to be issued in favour of 'CIVITECH DEVELOPERS (P) LTD' Payable at Delhi outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
• Registration, Stamp Duty and other charges shall be payable at the time of offer of prossesion.
• The area includes the covered area plus the proportionate area under common, Passages, Staircases, Mumties, Projections & Water Tanks etc.
• Prices are escalation free for the apartment so book.
• The terms & conditions of sales herein are only indicative & are only subject to detailed terms & conditions in the Allotment Letter.
• All bulding plan, layouts, specification are subject to changes and modifications as decide by the company, architect of any other Compelent authority.
• Timely payment of the installments is the essence of the agreement.
